Did the product arrive with apparent defects?

In the event of an apparent defect, we will exchange the merchandise for an identical one within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order if the product is in perfect condition.

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.

To exchange, simply send an email to the contact channels provided at the end.

When you receive your order, you will need to check the packaging. If it is broken or the product has any problems, please do not accept it. Note the reason for registering the return on our communication channels.

If you notice any problems after opening the package, you have up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to contact us.

In both cases, we will exchange your product for the same or another of the same value, and you can choose to receive your money back.

    Purchase regret

    If you regret your purchase, you will have 7 days to inform Divine Option, using the contact channels provided at the end. After this period, no exchange will be made due to regret, regardless of incorrect size, color, model, brand, etc., only in the case of a defect. After this, we will inform you how it should be returned. It is mandatory that the product is in the same condition in which it was received and accompanied by the document that accompanies the order. If the original packaging is damaged, you can use another one, as long as it is properly sealed. We recommend bubble wrap sealed with tape. After providing all return information, you will have 72 hours to post the product and send proof of postage to the carrier.

    You can choose between exchanging the product for another of the same value or receiving the amount paid.

    Types of reversal

    Bank slip If you paid with bank slip, you need to provide us with the following details of who made the purchase:

    • Full name
    • ID number
    • Bank name
    • Bank account number
    • Agency Number

    Afterwards, just wait up to 10 business days to receive the refund in your checking account.

    Credit card
    If you purchased with a credit card, we will request a refund from your card issuer. This can happen in up to 1 invoices after our request. This procedure is the responsibility of the card administrator.
